The owner of Herbivore, being a vegetarian himself for more than 30 years, has been actively creating new dining choices which will attract more vegetarian and non-vegetarians to enjoy vegetarian cuisines.
Having the vision to create the first vegetarian restaurant in Singapore, prompting Mr Ho CS and the Japanese Chef Mr Yasui Masa to form Zen Japanese Vegetarian Restaurant in March 2010. Read more about their journey.
